3. Digital delivery

Once your payment is confirmed on the BSC blockchain, your product is delivered instantly via email to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses.

4. Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your order, please contact support with your order number and transaction hash.

5. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to deliver your order: your email address and your IP address (for fraud prevention). We do not share your information with third parties. Transaction data is public on the BSC blockchain by design.
